Sheridan College trailblazers in the field of telemedicine

A group of trailblazers will start studying in Brampton this month as they endeavour to become the first class in Canada to graduate as telemedicine facilitators.

“This is the first telemedicine facilitation certificate program in Canada,” said Sheridan College’s Peter Gacuk, program manager, Engineering Sciences and Technology Faculty of Continuing and Professional Studies. “We are telling the people applying for this course that they are trailblazers. You must find your own role on the health services team.”
